Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling No charge is applied for packing material.
Delivery Schedule Delivery methods will be the most convenient to yourself. for items that are already in stock, despatch is instigated within 48 hrs of receiving your order (providing our payment terms have been complied with) receipt at your designated address should be within 10 working days. Some ordered or commissioned items can be up to 28 days but this will be clearly indicated at the time of ordering.

UK delivery is usually by Royal Mail. We will only ever charge delivery once on each order, if for some reason an item is delayed and sent under separate delivery, it will be for our own account.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee Whilst every effort to maintain the published prices, where we are subject to price fluctuations, we reserve the right to alter such prices without prior notice.

Returns Policy In the unlikely event of any damage, we must be notified within 24 hrs, and we would suggest for your own security to choose return postage by Recorded delivery. As soon as we receive the goods back we will immediately arrange a replacement. On stock items, (those delivered within 10 days of ordering) We have a return policy of 10 days, for unsatisfactory items, unfortunately we are unable to include the return of postage and packing costs, or costs related to commissioned pieces and special orders where specific requirements have been, or are in the process of being fulfilled.
